√ LNG (Liquefied Natural Gas) = 10 Billion Naira

Facilitators Fee: 5% Net (Not Negotiable)

To Owner : $100,000 weekly
Facilitators : $50,000 weekly

Total Weekly Payments: $150,000

PROCEDURES FOR OPEC AND NON OPEC LICENSE FOR LEASE

1. Conference google meeting with the direct leasee and the leasor's consultant (non negotiable)
2. The Lessee write an LOI to the lessor
3. The Lessor replies with an Full Corporate Offer and MOU
4. The Leasee fills the MOU and affix his CAC certification, POF, and data page of his international passport, within 48hrs
5. The copy/ registration code of the Licence is sent to the Lessee for verification
6. The Lessor sends a Proforma invoice for payment.
7. Physical meeting for Conclusion (Final Documentations).
8. Transaction Concluded/Deal Done.

NOTE If you can't bring the direct lessee (The Client) on a conference google meeting with the lessor (License Management) to be sure the client is very serious to obtain the LICENSE, If not, then; No Deal.
